Enjoy the calm and lengthening that yoga creates. This class focuses on flexibility and balance.

Rebounding and balance drills set to fun upbeat music.

Come experience what an Ethos party is like! Rebounding, drumming, obstacle course.  Tons of fun. This class is limited to 14 participants.

Move from station to station in this circuit style class to increase your cardio and strength fitness levels.
