Enjoy calm & lengthening that yoga creates. Focusing on flexibility & Balance

Hula- Hooping w/ Marina

(Ages 7 and up)

                    Hula-hooping is great for core conditioning and includes balance & coordination skills.

Boot Camp w/ Ellen

( Ages 7-10)

                                             Jump,Crawl, Push, Run & Lift in this ” basic training” class.

Mother/Child Yoga w/ Tiffany

                                     Join us with your son or daughter for their first yoga experience
