We’ll address food and mood, the struggle of keeping good nutrition a top priority, and how stress sabotages us. This is the package to address fertility issues and peri-menopause issues. The lifelong dieter and the yo-yo dieter fit well here too. Includes a diet analysis and step-by-step plan to fit your individual goals and needs.

The Cook’s Special – Includes a diet analysis along with either an individual or family meal plan complete with recipe altering, kitchen makeover, and grocery store strategies.

The Whole Enchilada – “The works” includes a diet analysis, customized meal-plan based upon your daily caloric needs, menu creation, recipe modifications, grocery shopping strategies and follow-up consultations.

Happy Heart – In this heart healthy program we will create a personalized plan that includes foods which promote lowering of cholesterol and blood pressure levels and strengthening of the heart. We will discuss dangerous foods and habits, as well as appropriate supplements.

Them Bones, Them Bones* – Includes a diet analysis and a meal plan based upon the inclusion of certain foods and supplements determined to promote bone retention and increasing bone mass.

Down and Dirty – Includes a diet analysis, customized meal plan, menus and one follow-up consultation.

Individual sessions are 60 minutes and 30 minutes. Design your own program with the 10 session package of 60 minute meetings or 10 sessions of 30 minute meetings.
