CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING
Ethos cardio will get you humming. With over 30 pieces of the latest equipment from respected manufacturers like Technogym, Precor and Cybex, each with its own personal entertainment system, you have an almost unlimited variety of cardio options to choose from.

CORE STRENGTH/FLEXIBLITY CENTER
Our Core Strength/Flexibility Center provides you a training area that integrates popular core strength apparatus such as stability balls, rollers and rockers. Here, you will learn to improve your range of motion, core strength and balance.

FUNCTIONAL AND TRADITIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING EQUIPMENT
Our exercise floor features Technogym selectorized equipment, supplemented by pieces from Freemotion and LifeFitness and a selection of freeweights. A particular emphasis has been placed on selecting a variety of equipment that can effectively tone and condition those “problem” areas of women’s bodies, including legs, hips, glutes and abdominals.

PERSONAL TRAINING
As a new member, you will enjoy complimentary orientation and training sessions with a personal trainer. Your trainer will evaluate your health history, lifestyle and goals to design a program that specifically meets your needs, updated continually as you progress.

The camaraderie, encouragement, and professional guidance of personal training can be yours (fees additional). We will help you select the trainer that best meets your needs and your schedule.

KINESIS
Our leading edge “Kinesis” system by Technogym allows you to perform an infinite variety of exercises and movements, ensuring strength, stability and flexibility. Kinesis facilitates more than 250 different movements – all based on natural, free-flowing motions. Kinesis at Ethos is exactly what you deserve.

PILATES
Ethos offers a private Pilates studio, affording our members the ability to receive expert personal Pilates instruction in an intimate environment.
